A Form template that is used to create a Slip or a Form cannot be deleted. But However, you can always archive Form Templates inside EdSmart.

To archive a templateTemplate:

  1. Click on Form Templates
  2. Select the templates to archive
  3. Click Action
  4. Select Move Selected to Archive Folder
