Creating an account 

Please sign up to create an account with the Help Centre.  This is separate to your EdSmart account and allows you to track support requests you have raised. Use the same email address for the Help Centre, signing in to EdSmart and sending email to help@edsmart.com.

• Please raise a separate ticket for each problem or request you have, so they can be directed to the right people and handled individually.
• If you are reporting a problem with a specific page or feature it is enormously helpful if you can provide specifics, such as the web page address of the page, the name of the Slip or Form, screenshots, and so forth.

• You will receive responses from jira@edsmart.atlassian.net so please allow that address through your email filters.
